Patient Responsibilities
To ensure the best possible care for yourself and consideration for other patients and our team, we ask that all patients uphold the following responsibilities during their visits to Valley View Medical Centre.

Patients are expected to:
- Be open and honest about their health history and healthcare needs, including past and current illnesses, allergies, medications, and family health history.
- Arrive promptly for appointments or notify us in advance (at least 24 hours) if you need to cancel or reschedule.
- Treat our staff, fellow patients, and visitors with consideration and respect.
- Refrain from smoking on the premises.
- Take reasonable precautions to maintain your health.
- Follow the advice and information provided by your healthcare providers.
- Ask questions to clarify any information you may need.
- Communicate what is important to you in your care.
